Unexpected joy in a cozy room

Our stay was delightful! The room was spacious, and the ski-in/ski-out access provided incredible convenience. The staff went above and beyond during our visit.

However, the check-in process was burdensome, which dampened the excitement. We waited longer than expected because of parking issues, making the start a bit rocky.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, ski storage, and a relaxing hot tub. The staff even helped me get sim cards on my first stay, which I really appreciated. I’m excited to return for Christmas!

Strongly recommend for a brief visit

Comfortable room, great breakfast. the bed was very cozy after a long day of hiking and my family loved the jacuzzi available for relaxation.

We had an amazing time enjoying the slopes, and the close proximity to the ski lifts was just perfect for our family. We loved that dogs were welcome, making our stay feel even more special as we explored the breathtaking scenery at Sun Peaks.

My kids wished there were more activities available for families while we were there.

Parking situation is tricky, with only ten spots available and public parking about a ten-minute walk away. The elevator only worked during the first night, making carrying luggage down from the upper floors quite a workout. The skier locker area is cramped, leading to potential mix-ups with gear. Shower heads were a bit hit or miss. the main one only worked partially. Poor pillow variety left us with thick options that didn't suit everyone’s taste.

The dining facilities were a delightful experience, especially the homemade ice cream that was like a dreamy cloud of flavor. Plus, the family suite was impeccably clean and well-stocked, and the friendly staff made it feel like home. A must-visit for any foodie out there!
